Presencing Institute

I just joined the social network community at the Presencing Institute. I haven't really blogged about this topic yet. The introductory book to the topic is Presence: An Exploration of Profound Change in People, Organizations, and Society by Peter M. Senge, C. Otto Scharmer, Joseph Jaworski, Betty Sue Flowers, 2004. The second and much more beefy tome is Theory U: Leading from the Future as it Emerges by C. Otto Scharmer, 2007.
